Wedding Guest Room Reservations
We have negotiated agreements with the following two hotels, Club Quarters and Sofitel (which are on the same city block). Transportation will be provided to and from the venue, please see below for details.

Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis by calling Member Services at (212) 575-0006 or (215) 282-5100.
A credit card will be necessary to reserve your room. To receive the rates listed below, please identify the Member Company as Innove Event Design, group code: IED110.
All rates are based on single occupancy. Add $15.00 for each additional adult.
**Weekend rates are not guaranteed as these are promotional and are only given based on availability and upon request. Rooms are subject to Philadelphia tax, which is 14%. Cancellation and change policy is 24 hours prior to guest arrival by 5pm hotel time. | ||

Call 215-569-8300 for Sofitel reservations. Refer to the Breskman/Stafford Wedding. The cut-off date is Saturday, October 21, 2006.
Individuals pay own overnight usage ($30.00 per vehicle, per day)
Overnight Parking includes in and out privileges. Cancellation Policy: All individual call-in reservations must be guaranteed to the individual's credit card or by advanced deposit. All the deposits for the individual's reservations are fully refundable if the room reservation is canceled by 4:00 p.m. on the guest's arrival date. Should an attendee of the group cancel his or her room reservation after 4:00 p.m. on the arrival date, one night's room revenue will be nonrefundable. This constitutes a no-show reservation and the reservation fee becomes the property of the hotel. | ||

| Shuttles will be provided from the Club Quarters Hotel to the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal for the ceremony, which begins at 5:30 PM. A reception at the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal will follow. Shuttle times will be provided in welcome packages at the hotels, and on the website closer to the wedding day. (In other words, when we figure it out, we'll let you know.) | ||
| Shuttles will also be provided back to the Club Quarters Hotel after the reception (beginning at approximately 10:30 PM) and after the after-party, also at the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal. |
